Our coaches will lead you to tennis success, whether you are a beginner player looking to improve, or an advanced player looking for the next level in training.We offer a junior tennis program for ages 4-18, and an adult program for all ages and levels.

Junior Tennis Summer Camp

Prudent Tennis Academy Summer Camps are designed to give student-athletes professional-level training in a fun camp environment. Our summer tennis camps focus on achieving significant individual improvement, both on and off the court. Over the course of the week players are trained using the P.T.A method, which gives them the opportunity to improve on the most important aspects of their game. Most of our campers participate for three weeks or more and customize their program with private tennis or fitness training for accelerated development.mer Camps are designed to give student-athletes professional-level training in a fun camp environment. Mini Tennis red ball

Kids tennis classes, which comprise of the "mini red tennis ball" are played on half of the tennis court with short racquets and soft balls. An emphasis is placed on tennis movement and coordination, which in turn builds confidence through various ball , fun tennis games and tennis rallying.

Mini Tennis orange ball

Kids tennis classes, which comprise of the "mini orange tennis ball" are for kids who have developed tennis skills sufficiently through the usage of the "mini orange tennis ball". With the usage of low compression tennis balls and modified tennis court sizes, tennis class are adapted to develop the confidence ability kids by covering tennis coordination, movement exercises and techniques.

MiniTennis green ball

Kids tennis lessons which involve the usage of the "mini green tennis ball" use a faster ball and a full sized tennis court. Classes will focus on developing correct tennis techniques on all tennis strokes. The tennis lessons will incorporate a tennis played based approach, which includes tennis drills, coordination, movement exercises and tactics of match play. Kids will progress through the different levels by acquiring new tennis skills and taking part in exercises. Within each level, junior tennis players learn and are tested on four important tennis skills.

Our Performance Programmes

he Advance Level usually goes from 14 to 16 years old; however, we use age merely as a tentative guideline to place students in the correct development stage. In fact, this stage can start at 16 and go to the 'senior' years of over 21, depending on each player’s circumstances. These years are very special to many players, especially the ones that have been developing more slowly. Suddenly, they start to see their potential and feel more confident about challenging opponents of any level. As mentioned in Pre-Advanced, we continue working on the tactical pillar, with lots of match situations, starting with drills, continuing with rallies and trying to use them both in matches. The physical and mental pillars remain crucial to levelling the 'mind and body' playing field.

Cardio Tennis Classes

Cardio Tennis is a tennis inspired workout similar to interval training, which is periods of high intensity followed by short periods of rest. Interval training is the best way to train for optimal health and fitness. It is a healthy workout that generates amazing results. Our instructors are all fully certified Australian tennis coaches all with extensive experience in cardio tennis and fitness training. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by our us tennis/fitness experts. If you've never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high-level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.

Programmes Benefits

Our method is suitable for all types of players, regardless of age, fitness condition and tennis experience. One on One: You can boost your tennis level even more with the One on One Program. With this option, you get a daily 1 hour private tennis class and improve faster than many other players of the group. Each of the four pillars (Physical, mental, tactical & technical) are developed intensively, and each is tailored to the player’s stage, which depends on age, physical condition and tennis level. The stages are reflected in the range from the advanced Level to the elite Level.

SCHOOL TENNIS

Program will start with warm up which includes running, side running, back running followed by some dynamic exercise like lunges, front bending, high kicking etc.Mini  court hitting to get the feel of the ball. Start drills with students to work on tennis strokes/skills depending upon the aim of the lesson which can be technical or tactical. Points play/match with game situations according to the level of the students to get the analysis of the learning process and also make the practical implementation of the coaching done. Will wrap up session with some positive feedbacks about the session with coach and discuss their problem areas with them to plan for the next session. Cooling down with light running and static stretching to end the session.

Private Lessons

The personal training is training where it is one to one in a different and special format. The player can take personal training our any coach. It can be for one session or long term. It can be at regular intervals also. Just fix up time for long term or call up before coming over. In this there is a special program made for the sessions. Personal training is strongly advisable for good improvement and good results. It is for every age group, 4 years age to even 60+ age group coaching.
